About the Role
Contacts and interviews prospective students and assists those desiring admission through the admissions process.
Responsibilities
- Adheres to all Company policies and procedures and operates within state and federal statutes, regulations, and accreditation standards.
- Completes all admissions-related training programs and demonstrates thorough knowledge of training materials, policies, procedures, and admissions documents (e.g., Application, Enrollment Agreement, Campus Catalog).
- Contacts prospective students (leads) and provides accurate information about the Campus and its educational programs.
- Responds to questions from prospective and enrolling students, excluding detailed financial aid discussions.
- Schedules and conducts interviews and campus tours for prospective students.
- Assists applicants in completing and executing application and enrollment paperwork accurately and timely.
- Represents the Campus at job fairs, college fairs, or other offsite events as assigned.
- Provides prospective students with only approved advertising and program or employment-related materials.
- Performs other duties or special projects as assigned.
- Maintains professional working relationships with all Campus personnel.
- Conducts professional and personal life in a manner that fosters a positive impression of the Campus and Company.
- Performs the job on site when required; remote work may be permitted when onsite work is not necessary.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred; appropriate experience may substitute.
- Experience in sales, customer service, or management.
- Four or more years of continuous relevant experience can substitute for the educational requirement.
- Less than three years of experience as an Admissions Representative with Remington College.
- Registration or licensure may be required per state regulations or accreditation standards.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
