Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED, with consideration for some college, Associates or Bachelor's degree preferred
- Ability to drive activity from your office everyday
- Must understand the calls you make help push other activities for your teammates and allow us to continue to offer the best choices for student success
- Ability to show great communication skills over the phone and use energy and motivation in an engaging way
- Ability to work assigned schedule - including 2 evenings
- This job is performed at the campus - it is not remote
- Technology experience with Microsoft Office products, Google Docs and scanning is helpful
- Ability and desire to make extensive outbound phone calls, using phone outlines to set appointments
- Reference and background check required for employment
- Bilingual a plus
- Prior Nursing school or medical experience a plus
Physical requirements
- Sufficient ability to stand for extended periods of time, move around the building and classroom to satisfy student needs and/or facilitate student participation. Reasonable accommodation may be made to enable qualified individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
- Sufficient visual and auditory ability to operate computer equipment, use telephone, read materials, use whiteboard and use classroom/office equipment. Reasonable accommodation may be made to enable qualified individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
- Ability to use current technology to maintain student records
- Ability to communicate effectively in classroom and individual settings
- Knowledge of materials (subjects) that will be taught to students and ability to use and communicate Ross curriculum
- Ability to adapt quickly in fast-paced work environment
- Ability to achieve or maintain credential and/or licensure within expected time frames
- Demonstrates professionalism in manner, dress and conduct as a representative of Ross and a student mentor
- Ability to remain objective and treat all students equally
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Adhere to Ross Code of Conduct and Professional Ethics
- Perform related work as required

Schedule
Full Time Schedule - Monday-Friday, 3 days a week 8:00-4:30 and 2 afternoon/evenings a week 11:30-8:00
