What You'll Do As an Admissions Representative, you'll manage an assigned recruitment territory while serving as the primary enrollment advisor for prospective students throughout the admissions process. Territory Management & Recruitment Strategy Manage an assigned recruitment territory and develop strategic annual recruitment plans aligned with university enrollment goals.Build and maintain strong relationships with high schools, counselors, community organizations, and educational partners.Analyze territory demographics, enrollment trends, and market data to identify opportunities for growth.Monitor territory performance and adjust recruitment strategies using data and market intelligence.Meet or exceed territory enrollment goals while contributing insights to strengthen university-wide recruitment efforts. Student Recruitment & Enrollment Counseling Serve as the primary admissions counselor for prospective students from inquiry through enrollment.Build meaningful relationships through personalized outreach, advising, and ongoing communication.Conduct admissions appointments in person, virtually, and by phone.Guide students and families through every stage of the enrollment process, including:Application completionTranscript submissionFinancial aidAdmission acceptanceEnrollment depositRegistrationOrientationFinal enrollmentHelp students explore academic programs, scholarships, campus life, student services, and the overall Maryville experience. Enrollment Conversion & CRM Management Manage assigned applicant and admitted student populations using the University's CRM.Execute strategic outreach plans to improve application completion, deposits, and enrollment.Utilize enrollment dashboards, predictive analytics, and engagement data to prioritize outreach.Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all student interactions.Support enrollment marketing initiatives and yield campaigns that strengthen enrollment outcomes. Recruitment Events & Campus Engagement Represent Maryville University at high schools, college fairs, community events, transfer events, and other recruitment activities.Support individual visits, open houses, admitted student events, yield programs, and virtual recruitment events.Deliver engaging presentations to students, families, counselors, and community partners.Assist in planning and executing recruitment events that create exceptional prospective student experiences. Collaboration & Student Success Partner closely with Financial Aid, Student Financial Services, Marketing & Communications, Student Success, Academic Colleges, Athletics, Student Records, International Recruitment, and other campus partners.Participate in admissions planning meetings, territory reviews, and strategic enrollment initiatives.Contribute to a collaborative, innovative team focused on student success and continuous improvement. Required Qualifications What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree required.Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.Strong organizational, planning, and time management abilities.Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Demonstrated ability to build authentic relationships with diverse populations.Proficiency with Microsoft Office and the ability to quickly learn CRM and enrollment technologies.Valid driver's license and ability to travel extensively, including evenings and weekends. Preferred Qualifications Experience in undergraduate admissions, enrollment management, or higher education recruitment.Experience using CRM platforms such as Slate, Salesforce, TargetX, or similar systems.Experience analyzing enrollment data and performance metrics.Presentation or public speaking experience.Bilingual or multilingual communication skills. Physical Requirements & Travel This position requires frequent travel throughout an assigned recruitment territory, including visits to high schools, college fairs, community organizations, and recruitment events. Evening and weekend work is required throughout the recruitment cycle to support admissions programming and enrollment initiatives. Compensation & Benefits Salary Range: $40,000-$50,000 annuallyActual compensation will be commensurate with education, experience, skills, internal equity, and market considerations.
