Responsibilities

  • Manage, administer, and coordinate the admissions process and ensure successful recruitment and enrollment of students.
  • Provide prospective students with detailed information on programs, including admission, promotion, and graduation requirements.
  • Counsel and advise students on educational choices.
  • Manage, oversee, and plan admission activities such as hosting campus tours, conducting interviews, facilitating enrollments, and participating in new-student orientation.
  • Oversee compliance with enrollment processes and documentation.
  • Administer admission reporting.
  • Conduct interviews and counseling sessions with potential students.
  • Direct potential students in determining their fit and eligibility for programs.
  • Arrange, plan, and oversee campus visits and tours.
  • Manage enrollment processes and pre-qualify students for admissions.
  • Provide honest and precise information to prospective students regarding campus programs, curriculum, school rules, policies, and procedures.
  • Engage in appropriate follow-up activity at all stages of the lead-to-enrollment process.
  • Assist prospective students in completing all application and enrollment paperwork.
  • Oversee the maintenance of admissions files and conduct audits of the files.
  • Plan, coordinate, and implement student orientation programs.
  • Administer off-campus recruitment activities.
  • Contribute to department ideas for marketing, promotions, or advertisements.
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications

  • One (1) year of related experience.
  • High School diploma or GED.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Exceptional customer service, listening, and teamwork skills.
