Key Responsibilities
- Congduct timely and consistent follow-up with prospective students and inbound leads.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for applicants via phone, email, and virtual meetings.
- Provide detailed information regarding CAHE programs, admissions requirements, and enrollment procedures.
- Schedule and conduct Microsoft Teams meetings with prospective students to review program details and answer questions.
- Maintain ongoing communication with applicants throughout the admissions process.
- Accurately document interactions and manage lead activity within internal systems.
- Collaborate with the Admissions team to support enrollment goals and improve applicant experience.
- Perform additional administrative and admissions-related tasks as needed.
Experience
- Prior experience in admissions, recruiting, customer service, sales, or a student-facing role preferred.
Education
- Some college coursework required; degree preferred.
Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong phone presence and interpersonal abilities.
- Comfortable conducting virtual meetings and presentations.
- Highly organized with strong follow-up and multitasking skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexible availability to accommodate evening or late-hour lead engagement.
