Job Description
Position: Admissions Representative — Nursing & Allied Health

What you’ll do:
- Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries from prospective students.
- Make 100–150 outbound daily phone calls to assess interest, build rapport, and schedule admissions interviews.
- Conduct consultative in-person or virtual interviews presenting program options, career pathways, and educational outcomes.
- Follow up with interested prospects to answer questions, remove barriers, and collect required admissions documents.
- Accurately document all student contacts and admissions activity in Nexus/CampusVue.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years customer service, telemarketing or sales experience (including admissions experience).
- Demonstrated ability to fulfill Company Key Behaviors.
- Excellent presentation skills.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel, Outlook.
- Ability to work assigned/flexible hours necessary to complete the job on a weekly basis.
