Responsibilities

  • Evaluate prospective students for enrollment eligibility and program fit
  • Conduct outreach through phone calls, emails, and in-person or virtual meetings to support applicants through each step of the admissions process
  • Achieve and maintain enrollment goals by leading through personal performance
  • Guide students from initial inquiry to enrollment, including appointment setting, interviews, application assistance, and follow-up
  • Track student application status and ensure completion of required documentation
  • Assist with recruitment events such as open houses and career fairs

Qualifications

  • Education: High School Diploma or GED, Associates' or higher degree preferred
  • Experience: Proven experience in sales or customer service, with a track record of meeting or exceeding KPIs such as conversion rates, outreach goals, and closing ratios, One or more years of admissions experience in a proprietary (for profit), post-secondary educational setting preferred

Skills

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to connect with diverse audiences
  • Excellent time management and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office, willing to learn new systems
  • A positive, team-oriented approach and willingness to work occasional evenings or weekends as needed

Pay

$28 -$32 per hour, based on experience, qualifications, and other relevant factors.

Schedule

Monday–Thursday:1 shift from 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM2 shifts from 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM1 shift from 10:00 AM – 7:00 PMFriday:8:00 AM – 5:00 PMSaturday:1–2 Saturdays per month, based on admissions cycle needs
