About the role
The Admissions Representative is responsible for providing all necessary information ethically and effectively to help prospective students make informed enrollment decisions.
Responsibilities
- Follow the Company's established Policies and Procedures for Admissions, including evaluating prospective students through in-person interviews and referring questionable candidates to the Director of Admissions.
- Professionally assist prospective students through the admissions process in compliance with all applicable Federal and State regulations.
- Ensure accurate, timely, and thorough student records are created and forwarded to appropriate departments.
- Expand awareness of the School and its services within the community.
- Request referrals during and after the enrollment process.
- Convey only accurate and compliance-approved employment and placement data.
- Maintain adequate product knowledge to effectively represent program options.
- Operate with teamwork and support both within and outside the Admissions department.
- Adhere to the schedule outlined by the Director of Admissions or Campus President, including working 2 evenings per week and 2 Saturdays per month.
- Achieve reasonable expectations in student outcomes and peer rankings as defined by leadership.
- Complete annual continuing education as required by state regulations.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED.
- 1-2 years of sales and/or customer service experience.
Skills
- Excellent telephone and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
- Ability to achieve success individually and as part of a team.
- Mature, positive, and collaborative interpersonal skills.
- Thorough and demonstrable knowledge of school programs.
- Successfully completes AI admission training.

Pay
Compensation range: $31.00 – $32.50 USD per hour, based on experience and qualifications.
Schedule
- Work 2 evenings per week and 2 Saturdays per month.
