The focus is on managing the complete admissions process for a campus, ensuring strategic alignment and effective family engagement.

Responsibilities

  • Taking full ownership of the enrollment process for prospective families, beginning with initial outreach and concluding with onboarding.

  • Ensuring CRM accuracy and enrollment data integrity (HubSpot and SIS) to enable forecasting, priority management, and sustained service excellence.

Requirements

  • 3+ years providing premium, individualized service in settings where service excellence directly influences brand perception (including education, luxury hospitality, executive assistance, premium memberships, or independently operated client services).
  • Proven ownership of a complete client, admissions, or enrollment lifecycle from initial engagement through final onboarding.
  • Experience concurrently overseeing 20+ client, guest, or family accounts in various stages, supported by an organized tracking and prioritization approach.
  • Capacity to offer specific examples of consultative judgment, including instances where you recommended against your offering when fit was inadequate.
  • Professional writing experience with senior leadership, high-net-worth clients, or discerning stakeholders.
  • Willingness to reside in or relocate within 60 days to one of these locations: La Jolla, Malibu, CA; CA; Los Angeles, CA; Santa Barbara, CA; or Santa Monica, CA.
  • U.S. work authorization without need for visa sponsorship.

Nice-to-have Requirements

  • Experience developing or refining enrollment workflows, standard operating procedures, or service protocols.
  • Proficiency using CRM data and analytics to enhance conversion quality rather than solely velocity.
