About the role

Vibrant Life philosophy is presented in the community, to prospective clients, and family members. Develops and maintains marketing strategies to meet company objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate all marketing, advertising and promotional activities
  • Analyze current market conditions and competitor information
  • Develop and implement marketing plans
  • Monitor, review and report on all marketing activity and results
  • Deliver marketing activity within agreed budget
  • Develop pricing strategy
  • Maintain price sheets and marketing packets for new residents
  • Liaison with media and advertising
  • Create and maintain proper levels of all marketing materials, keeping within the marketing budget
  • Maintain marketing database with all contacts, referral sources, marketing logs, availability sheets and in-person visits
  • Develop and maintain relationships for referral sources and new business
  • For all correspondence and communication to potential clients including: inquiry calls, tours and all follow-up letters, e-mails and phone calls
  • Train other employees on inquiry calls and tour protocol for back-up as needed
  • Attend and participate in meetings and trainings
  • New admission contracts and gather all state required documentation
  • Maintain State required documents

Qualifications

  • Compassion/skills to help people focus on the living at New Friends
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Business or marketing-related degree or equivalent professional qualification with 2 to 4 years of experience
  • Experience in all aspects of developing and maintaining marketing strategies
  • Technical marketing skills for healthcare/assisted living
  • Proven experience in customer and market research
  • Relevant industry knowledge
  • Desire to work in the health care field
  • Fluency in reading, writing, and speaking English
  • Ability to work as part of a management team
  • Ability to work flexible hours as needed
