Position Summary

Responsible for coordinating a variety of inter-related workflow processes for the application and admission process using technology and computerized databases.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities

  • Manages the daily operation of the admissions application process for multiple programs, including maintaining the accuracy and confidentiality of applicant files and communicating applicant status updates.
  • Responsible for all data entry necessary for tracking applicant information and for import/export to the Student Information System for new admits.
  • Provides assistance in the evaluation of applicants for admission; performs initial review of files to assess requirement completion.
  • Participates in recruiting events, including on and off-campus information sessions and other outreach efforts.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Job Location/Working Conditions: Normal office environment. Physical Effort: Typically sitting at a desk or table. Equipment: Office equipment.

Education

  • Required Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent high school certification or combination of education and/or experience.
  • Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree.
