What You Will Do
- Coordinate and implement an effective strategic plan for the facility.
- Complete external sales calls on target markets.
- Manage the facility’s admissions process and collaborate with the facility team to achieve census and quality mix goals.
- Respond to inquiries from hospital discharge planners, families, and other referral sources, including e-referral systems, tours, and phone inquiries.
What You Need
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field preferred; equivalent related work experience may be acceptable.
- Minimum of two (2) years’ experience in a sales and/or marketing role with a proven track record of success; healthcare experience preferred.
