Complete Care at Cedar Grove is seeking an experienced Admissions Director to support their mission of providing exceptional care and service. This position plays a crucial role in managing the admissions process and fostering strong relationships within the healthcare community.

Responsibilities

• Cook up and oversee the entire admissions process, ensuring all necessary paperwork is accurate and submitted on time.
• Evaluate referrals and assist with admission decisions.
• Maintain accurate census reporting and track resident information.
• Collaborate with nursing staff, the business office, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure smooth admissions and bed management.
• Build and nurture relationships with hospitals, case managers, and other referral sources.
• Monitor referral activity, admissions trends, and discharge planning.
• Prepare and present weekly census and admissions reports.
• Provide exceptional customer service to residents, families, and referral partners.
• Contribute to census development through proactive outreach and networking.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Experience in a skilled nursing facility (SNF) or long-term care (LTC) setting is preferred.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills are essential.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities are needed.
• A positive, energetic, and professional attitude is a must.
• Basic computer proficiency is required.
• Knowledge of healthcare admissions processes is a plus.
