Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hospitals, physicians, discharge planners, and case managers to generate referrals.
- Present the facility and its services to the local healthcare community in a positive and professional manner.
- Spend at least 75% of working hours in the community developing referral partnerships and promoting facility services.
- Maintain an 80% conversion rate from referrals to admissions.
- Support facility goals to achieve and maintain 90% occupancy or meet census targets.
- Conduct facility tours for prospective residents and families.
- Coordinate with the Administrator and leadership team regarding current admissions and census strategy.
- Monitor competitor activity and market trends to identify opportunities for growth.
- Participate in community outreach events, health fairs, and public speaking engagements.
- Assist with managed care pre-admission cost analysis and insurance contract coordination when necessary.
- Prepare and distribute daily census reports to leadership.
- Maintain strict confidentiality of resident and facility information.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required, Two or more years of college preferred.
- Experience: 2+ years of experience in Skilled Nursing (SNF), Long-Term Care, Healthcare Marketing, Admissions, Social Services, or Community Relations.
- Skills: Strong communication, networking, and relationship-building skills. Knowledge of hospital referral processes and healthcare case management preferred.

Schedule
