Responsibilities
- Lead the treatment team alongside providers, care navigators, and administrators.
- Coordinate decisions about the member’s treatment based on expertise in addiction and recovery.
- Focus on providing consistent, high-quality counseling activities during intake assessments.
- Provide individual support as needed, including crisis intervention, referrals, and coordinating with Care Navigators.
- Document members' progress efficiently and value-addedly using the custom EMR.
- Evaluate treatment appropriateness for every member entering the program and participate in compliance activities.
- Participate in internal and external training to maintain licensure and document care coordination needs.
- Represent the treatment team in discussing difficult members and perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Required full licensure: LCSW, LPC, LMHC with ability and willingness to obtain licensure reciprocity in other states.
- Master’s degree preferred; Bachelor’s degree required.
- Minimum two years of experience leading group therapy in a SUD setting.
- High comfort level with technology, including EMR, email, software, and mobile apps.
- Deeply invested in member success, authentic, caring, and inspiring with appropriate boundaries and accountability.
- Exceptional customer service skills and ability to build positive relationships with people.
- Ability to make clinical decisions that are objective, demonstrate sound judgment, and reflect Groups Recovery System and harm reduction philosophy.
- Committed to a high ethical standard in everything done.
- Team player willing to put team above self.
- Access to reliable internet and telephone services with download speeds over 40 Mbps and upload speeds over 10 Mbps, and a strong WiFi signal from your remote work location.
Pay
Salary: $26.44 - $35.52/ hour
Pay Range: $24.00 - $35.00/hr

Schedule: Monday - Friday
Schedule: Monday through Friday 9 am - 5 pm
