About the role
Implements recruitment plans, organizes events, works with staff and student/alumni volunteers, evaluates admissions applications, and represents the institution to prospective students with a goal of attracting, admitting, and enrolling a talented, geographically diverse student body.
Responsibilities
- Counsels prospective and admitted students on educational planning and career opportunities.
- Receives, evaluates, and responds to freshman and transfer student applications according to established policies and procedures.
- Schedules logistics and secures resources for events to promote the Institution.
- Identifies opportunities for program improvement or new program development.
- Creates targeted communication plans and materials based on established goals.
- Delivers directed admissions program messaging to internal and external audiences.
- Identifies, promotes, and maintains internal and external partnerships focusing on outreach, recruitment, and admission.
- Travels on behalf of the university to schools, college fairs, visits, events, etc.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (required).
- An equivalent combination of related experience and education may be considered for this role.
Pay
$42,640.00 - $63,980.80
