Primary Responsibilities
- Identify, recruit, and yield prospective students through outreach such as high school visits, college fairs, campus events, and community engagements.
- Provide personalized information about academic programs, admissions requirements, financial aid, scholarships, and campus life to prospective students and families.
- Implement call, text, and interactive communication to engage prospective students.
- Maintain detailed reports in the CRM system.
- Cultivate and maintain collaborate relationships with secondary markets; including high school guidance counselors, students and families.
- Promote the University’s programs.
- Offer personalized support throughout the admissions process.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 2 years of experience in admissions, sales, recruitment, or related fields within higher education.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and other technology platforms for communication and data management.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Commitment to providing exceptional customer service and support to prospective students and families.
- Must be able to travel throughout the assigned territory, requiring some evenings and weekends.
- Must have a valid driver’s license and remain in compliance with the Purdue University Motor Vehicle Records Check policy.
