About the role

Strategy Consultants (Admissions Counsellors) at Crimson Education are responsible for providing personalized admissions strategies to students. They collaborate with the Crimson team to develop and execute these strategies, ensuring students achieve their academic and career goals.

Responsibilities

  • Create and implement individualized plans for students, working closely with the Crimson team
  • Maintain expertise in high school curricula, extracurricular activities, summer programs, and standardized test preparation to advise on admissions strategies
  • Guide students and parents in selecting best-fit schools, considering various levels of competition

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree from a top 20 US university or Oxbridge
  • Experience with US/UK undergraduate admissions consulting at top universities
  • Passion for coaching young adults and appreciation of global perspectives
  • Strong planning and organizational skills, with experience in project management, event coordination, and product management
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Effective stakeholder management and ability to work independently under pressure
  • Experience in education, coaching, tutoring, and admissions consulting is preferred

Pay

$100K - $120K USD annually, depending on experience and location

Schedule

This is a full-time position, with the option to work remotely or in one of our many offices around the globe. Part-time positions (25-30+ hours) are also available for candidates with high-demand backgrounds.
