What to expect:
- Manages inquiries from referrers, potential patients, and their families seeking access to care.
- Participates with program leadership team in the approval of admissions and coordinates the entire admissions process.
- Maintains electronic files to facilitate program communication and provide input to other departments.
- Flexible schedule required for on-call admissions, weekend referral calls, and rotating weekend coverage with other Admissions Coordinators.
- Helps cross-cover other Specialty Admissions programs such as The Retreat, Comprehensive Outpatient Psychiatric Evaluation Service, LifeLaunch, Center for Eating Disorders, Trauma Disorders Unit, and outpatient services for The Center for OCD and Anxiety.

- The salary range for this position is $45,427.20 minimum to $68,577.60 maximum.
What we need from you:
- Clinical expertise in admissions intake, assessment, and/or concierge customer service.
- Relevant experience in 2-3 years.
- Experience with behavioral healthcare is strongly preferred.
- A Bachelor’s degree in psychology, counseling, social work, or a related field.
- A current Maryland Driver’s license at time of appointment.
- Interpersonal skills sufficient to represent programs professionally.
- Ability to effectively interact with patients, family members, and referrers.
- Analytic ability to assess and triage patients for admission.
- A high level of organization and attention to detail.
