Admissions Coordinator - PRN

Foundations Behavioral Health in Doylestown, PA is seeking a per diem Admissions Coordinator to support the Admissions Department on evening, weekend, and night shifts. This onsite role does not offer a remote option.

About the role

Foundations Behavioral Health provides innovative behavioral health and academic services to children, adolescents, and young adults facing mental or behavioral health challenges such as depression, anxiety, and autism spectrum disorders. In collaboration with families, community supports, and other providers, Foundations delivers evidence-based, culturally responsive, and individualized treatment interventions within a nurturing, therapeutic environment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct telephonic and in-person risk assessments and crisis intervention
• Serve as initial contact for referral sources and potential patients
• Coordinate the referral and intake process
• Determine appropriate level of care
• Maintain communication with referral sources, families, patients, and unit staff

Requirements

• Master’s Degree in Counseling, Social Work, or Psychology required
• Prior intake, assessment, admission, and crisis intervention experience with a mental health population preferred
• Two years’ experience with child/adolescent mental health clients and families preferred
