Division/Department: Admissions Reports to: Director of Admissions Essential Duties And Responsibilities, Including, But Not Limited To Initiate and maintain communications with prospective families throughout the admissions funnel including those who are prospects, inquiries, applicants, admits, and enrolled by leveraging personal relationships and database management Coordinate and lead admissions visits, re-visits, and shadow days Develop curriculum and development of student ambassadors to ensure a dynamic and relationship-centric ambassador program Develop initiatives working with feeder organizations to build pool of prospects Coordinate with educational agencies and other institutions to ensure accurate and up-to-date school information for recruitment purposes Travel and/or represent Grier School at recruiting functions locally, domestically, and potentially abroad Act as a Designate School Official (DSO) to comply with SEVP’s reporting mandates regarding student records in SEVIS Ability to work with, and a genuine liking of, teenagers Understanding and support of Grier’s school policies and procedures Perform all other duties as required This position is a year-round position with very generous leave.
