ADMISSIONS ASSISTANT/CALL CENTER SPECIALIST
Responsibilities
Intermountain Hospital is seeking a dynamic Admissions Assistant/Call Center Specialist to assess potential patients for admission. The role involves receiving ADMISSIONS calls and unplanned individual/family walk-ins with compassion, empathy, a sense of service, and urgency to ensure each person receives an appropriate assessment by ADMISSIONS or referral. Accurate and thorough documentation of calls and other ADMISSIONS-related paperwork is essential.
Qualifications
- High School Graduate required, bachelor's degree in social services field preferred.
- Prior intake, assessment, admission, and crisis intervention experience with a psychiatric mental health population preferred.

Schedule
The position works a rotating shift of 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM on Wednesdays through Saturdays.
