Responsibilities
- Provide tours of the facility and inform residents and families of available services.
- Obtain necessary personal, social, medical, and financial information needed for admission.
- Maintain an analysis of those admitted to the facility, those that request information, walk-ins, respondents to direct mail campaigns, etc. that define our market share.
- Plan, organize, direct, and supervise incoming admissions and assignments.
- Maintain admission records and compile statistics and reports as needed.
- Maintain an awareness of admission and discharge regulatory changes.
- Attend meetings, in-services, conferences, etc. as required.
Qualifications
- Must have at least a High School Diploma or GED.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related healthcare field preferred.
- Confirmed leadership and interpersonal skills as well as flexibility and while working within of a high standard of stress.
- You are passionate, ambitious, eager to improve and computer-literate.
- Valid Driver’s License.
