Admissions Advisor

About the role

Roadmaster Drivers School, a premier national commercial truck driver training school and a subsidiary of Werner Enterprises, Inc., is seeking a highly motivated, professional Admissions Advisor to join our team in an immediate full‑time position.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with Roadmaster leads and inquiries to enroll prospective students into the Commercial Truck Driver Training Program.
• Explain Roadmaster’s mission, goals, and course offerings to applicants through verbal and non‑verbal communication.
• Assist individuals in improving their lives and income through career training.
• Maintain professional conduct in both office and school environments.
• Obtain and maintain any required licensure as dictated by state regulations.

Qualifications

• Previous sales or admissions experience.
• Experience with Salesforce® or other CRM systems strongly preferred; basic computer skills required.
• Ability to communicate professionally and effectively.
• College degree preferred; minimum high school diploma or equivalent required.
• High energy, positive attitude, and passion for helping individuals achieve career advancement.
• Demonstrated knowledge, skills, and leadership ability to enroll students into Roadmaster’s programs.
