Admissions Advisor

Roadmaster Drivers School, a Premier National Commercial Truck Driver Training School and a subsidiary of Werner Enterprises, Inc., is seeking a highly motivated, professional Admissions Advisor.

About the role

As an Admission Advisor, you will communicate with Roadmaster leads and inquiries to enroll interested prospective students into Roadmaster’s Commercial Truck Driver Training Program. You will help individuals improve their lives and income through career training while enjoying a stable and rewarding position with an organization that rewards top performers.

Responsibilities

• Communicate professionally and effectively with leads and inquiries to enroll students into the training program.
• Convey Roadmaster’s mission, goals, and course offerings to applicants through verbal and non-verbal communication.
• Maintain licensure as required by applicable state regulations.

Requirements

• Previous sales or admissions experience.
• Salesforce® or CRM experience strongly preferred; basic computer skills required.
• High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred).
• High energy, positive attitude, and passion for overcoming challenges and helping individuals improve their lives through career training.
• Ability to work in a professional office and school environment.
• Demonstrated knowledge, skills, and leadership ability to perform enrollment duties.
