About the role
Tricoci University of Beauty Culture is seeking an enthusiastic Admissions Advisor to guide prospective students through the exciting world of beauty education.
Responsibilities
- Engage prospective students via phone, email, and social media to discuss educational opportunities
- Conduct personalized interviews to understand students' career goals and guide them to the right programs
- Explain the admissions process, scholarships, and financial aid options effectively
- Aid students in completing their enrollment applications and documentation
- Oversee the admissions process to ensure a smooth journey for new enrollees
- Collaborate with Financial Aid staff to support students in understanding funding opportunities
- Attend and participate in recruitment events to showcase Tricoci University
- Establish connections with local high schools and community organizations to drive recruitment efforts
Requirements
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, or recruitment is preferred
- Interest in or experience with the beauty industry is an advantage
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail
- Familiarity with CRM tools and digital communication platforms is desirable
- Ability to establish rapport with a diverse range of individuals
- A strong commitment to supporting students in their educational and career goals

Pay
The expected salary range for this position is between $22.00 and $24.00/hr. Actual pay will be adjusted based on job-related factors permitted by law, such as experience and training; geographic location; licensure and certifications; market factors; departmental budgets; and responsibility.
