Responsibilities
- Drive Enrollment Success: Achieve individual and campus enrollment objectives by engaging with prospective students and guiding them through the admissions process.
- Relationship Building: Establish and maintain meaningful connections with prospective students, ensuring ongoing communication and support.
- Lead Generation: Proactively generate referrals through both internal and external networks.
- Data Management: Collaborate with the admissions team to ensure accurate and timely input of admissions and marketing data.
- Compliance: Adhere to all institutional policies and state/federal regulations, ensuring integrity in every interaction.
- CRM Proficiency: Utilize our Customer Relationship Management system to manage admissions activities, ensuring data accuracy.
- Professional Development: Participate actively in training and development initiatives to enhance your skills and contribute to your career growth.
Requirements
- Education: An Associate degree is required; a Bachelor's degree is a plus.
- Experience: 1+ years of success in customer service, sales, admissions, or a similar goal-centric environment is preferred.
Qualifications
- Strong communication, time management, organizational skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and CRM systems.
Physical & Technical Requirements
- Ability to remain stationary for extended periods.
- Capacity to lift, carry, push, or move objects up to 10 pounds occasionally.
- Proficiency with computer technology and equipment.
Pay
The compensation information is a good faith estimate of the base pay for this position. The selected candidate’s actual base pay for this role will take into account a wide range of non-discriminatory factors including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
Schedule
Monday-Friday (Occasional Saturdays and secondary holidays)
