About the role
The Aviation Institute of Maintenance (AIM) is seeking an enthusiastic and driven individual to join our team as an Admissions Representative. Our role involves helping prospective students navigate their path to a new career in aviation maintenance.
Responsibilities
- Connect with prospective students through phone, email, and meetings
- Audit each student’s goals and eligibility, then recommend the best-fit program
- Manage the entire admissions process, including appointments, interviews, applications, and documentation
- Hold yourself accountable to hit and exceed enrollment KPIs, such as outreach volume, contact-to-appointment conversion, application completion, and closing ratios
- Follow up with persistence and care, ensuring that no potential student slips through the cracks
- Represent AIM at various events, showcasing our programs and values
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Associate’s degree or higher preferred
- Proven experience in sales or customer service with a record of meeting or exceeding KPIs
- One or more years of admissions experience in a proprietary post-secondary educational setting
Skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent time management and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to learn new CRM and enrollment management systems
- Flexible availability for occasional evenings and Saturdays
