Key Responsibilities

• Achieve individual and campus enrollment objectives by engaging with prospective students and guiding them through the admissions process.
• Establish and maintain meaningful connections with prospective students, ensuring ongoing communication and support.
• Proactively generate referrals through both internal and external networks.
• Collaborate with the admissions team to ensure accurate and timely input of admissions and marketing data.
• Adhere to all institutional policies and state/federal regulations, ensuring integrity in every interaction.
• Utilize the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system to manage admissions activities and maintain data accuracy.
• Participate actively in training and development initiatives to enhance skills and support career growth.

Qualifications

• Education: Associate degree required; Bachelor’s degree a plus.
• Experience: 1 + years of success in customer service, sales, admissions, or a similar goal‑centric environment (preferred).
• Skills: Strong communication, time‑management, and organizational abilities; proficiency with Microsoft Outlook and CRM systems.
• Physical & Technical Requirements: Ability to remain stationary for extended periods; capacity to lift, carry, push, or move objects up to 10 lb occasionally; proficiency with computer technology and equipment.
