About the role

Responsible for recruiting qualified applicants for admission to the school in accordance with state, federal, accreditation, and company policies and regulations, consistent with the highest ethical standards. Manage time, inquiries, and other recruitment-related resources to generate interest in programs. Conduct quality prospect phone contacts to secure appointments and interview activity, and follow up with unresolved interviewees and future class applicants. Ensure consideration and implementation of the CHCP philosophy, which emphasizes quality services for students, visitors, and clients; staff development, growth, and involvement; employee recognition; sound economic principles; and an environment conducive to CHCP Core Values. Uphold CHCP’s core values of Innovation, Compassion, Accountability, Respect, and Excellence in all activities.

Responsibilities

  • Accurately and completely explain educational programs, expected outcomes, and student services to students and parents.
  • Manage inquiries to achieve prompt contact and weekly performance goals; utilize approved recruitment policies/formats; make prompt and effective contact with inquiries; redirect unqualified candidates based on incompatible career goals.
  • Participate in appropriate recruitment and enrollment activities including open houses, local presentations, training sessions, orientation programs, career days, graduation, and similar events.
  • Secure new inquiries by directly asking phone and in‑person contacts for referrals of others who may be interested in programs.
  • Schedule and conduct interviews; pursue qualified candidates for enrollment; determine appropriateness of candidates for admission based on career‑goal compatibility.
  • Accurately forecast projected new students with the Director of Admissions or campus management.
  • Consistently conduct follow‑up meetings (at least monthly) with all applicants to ensure successful matriculation.
  • Meet with representatives of various agencies to perform public‑relations duties at functions deemed appropriate by college management.

Requirements

  • Education: GED or HS Diploma required; Certification/Licensure or Associate's Degree or higher preferred.
  • Experience: 1–3 years of experience in admissions, sales, customer service, or high‑volume outbound calling; experience using CRM systems and maintaining accurate documentation; experience working in a fast‑paced, goal‑driven environment.
  • Computer Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word) and data entry.
