How To Apply
The ideal candidate will have minimum 1–2 years of experience in admissions, intake, or a related role in behavioral health or healthcare.
- Respond promptly to inquiries via phone, email, and online platforms
- Conduct initial screenings and gather necessary clinical and demographic information
- Educate families and referral partners on programs, services, and admissions criteria
- Congnorate with clinical and administrative teams to ensure appropriate placement
- Verify insurance benefits and communicate financial obligations clearly
- Maintain accurate records in CRM/EMR systems
- Provide ongoing support and follow-up throughout the admissions process
- Build and maintain relationships with referral sources
