Responsibilities

  • Support assigned schools across multiple markets by driving enrollment performance through centralized lead management and family engagement.
  • Build relationships with prospective families to identify needs, address questions, and personalize enrollment solutions that align with family priorities.
  • Identify enrollment barriers and propose solutions in partnership with school leaders to improve conversion and results.
  • Manage all lead follow-up activities for assigned schools, including pre-tour confirmation calls, post-tour follow-up, no-show outreach, and ongoing lead engagement to move families through the funnel.
  • Utilize CRM systems to manage leads, document activity, and track progress toward tour volume and enrollment goals for assigned schools.
  • Execute outbound phone and email outreach strategically, providing timely responses and a high level of customer service to prospective families.
  • Review online reviews and family feedback for assigned schools and partner with field leaders to share constructive, actionable insights that improve the enrollment experience.
  • Partner with the Family Admissions Manager to recommend school assignments and identify schools that may benefit from additional enrollment support based on performance and opportunity.

Requirements

  • High School diploma required; Associate’s degree preferred.
  • 3+ years of sales experience required; education or service industry preferred.
  • Excellent customer service skills with both internal and external customers.
  • Capable of working with frequent interruptions and changing priorities.
  • Effective communication skills, written, verbal, and interpersonal.
  • Proficient time management, organizational skills, and ability to meet established deadlines.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

Pay

$65,000–$73,000 base salary, bi-weekly pay. Eligible for Support Central bonus program based on annual company performance.
