About the role
The Administrative Coordinator is responsible for supporting the smooth operation of the office. This includes managing schedules, coordinating meetings, handling correspondence, and assisting with administrative tasks.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily schedules and coordinate meetings
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence
- Aid in organizing events and travel arrangements
- Support the team with administrative tasks as needed
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of administrative support experience
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Qualifications
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience with project management tools such as Asana or Trello
- Knowledge of basic accounting principles
