ADMINISTRATOR - PROCUREMENT AGENT III

PurchasingFull-time
We need to output HTML fragment with sections only if content present. The posting includes many sections: Salary Schedule? Actually first line "Salary Schedule To manage all contracting functions..." seems like a title? But we must not repeat job title as heading; we don't have explicit job title given. The content includes: QUALIFICATIONS, KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES, REPORTS TO, SUPERVISES, MACHINES, TOOLS, EQUIPMENT, PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS, PHYSICAL ACTIVITY, WORKING CONDITIONS, PERFORMANCE RESPONSIBILITIES (list of bullet points with asterisks), TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT, EVALUATION, date. We need to map to allowed headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We must not invent sections like "Physical Requirements" etc. Only use those headings if content matches. We have Qualifications (yes), Skills (maybe combine knowledge, skills, abilities), Responsibilities (performance responsibilities). About the role could be a brief summary from first line? The first line: "Salary Schedule To manage all contracting functions for assigned areas in accordance with all governing regulations and procedures." That seems like a description of role. Could be About the role. We'll put that in

under About the role. We have Requirements: maybe combine Qualifications and Knowledge, Skills, Abilities? But we have separate Qualifications and Skills sections allowed. We'll put Qualifications under

Qualifications

with list of bullet points (education, experience, certifications, computer literacy). Skills under

Skills

with knowledge, skill, ability bullet points. Responsibilities under

Responsibilities

with the bullet list (the many performance responsibilities). We'll need to convert each bullet starting with * into
  • . We must not include sections like Pay, Schedule, Benefits unless present. There's "Salary Schedule" phrase but no actual salary amount. Not specific pay. So we should not create Pay or Schedule sections. Terms of Employment includes Non-bargaining Unit Compensation Plan, twelve months, 8.0 hours per day. That could be considered Schedule? It mentions hours per day, but not explicit schedule. Might be considered Schedule? The instruction: never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them. It states "twelve months, 8.0 hours per day." That's schedule info (full-time). Could be considered Schedule. But we need to see if we should include Schedule section with that info. The phrase "Salary Schedule" at start maybe just a heading. But we have actual schedule: twelve months, 8.0 hours per day. That is schedule info. So we could create a Schedule section with that. However we must avoid filler like "not specified". This is specific. So we can include Schedule. Benefits: not mentioned. Pay: not specific salary amount, so omit. About the role: we have a brief description: "To manage all contracting functions for assigned areas in accordance with all governing regulations and procedures." That's from the first line after "Salary Schedule". We'll put that. Now we need to strip boilerplate: cookie/navigation/legal/EEO etc. Not present. We need to preserve all substantive info. So we need to include all qualifications, knowledge, skills, abilities, responsibilities, reports to, supervises, machines/tools/equipment, physical requirements, physical activity, working conditions, terms of employment, evaluation, date. But we are limited to headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We cannot add other headings like Reports To etc. So we must fold those into appropriate sections or maybe into

paragraphs under existing sections. The instruction: "Do NOT repeat the job title as a heading (the page already shows it) and do NOT put Job ID / requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a short

or drop it." So we can fold minor metadata like Reports To, Supervises, Machines, Tools, Equipment, Physical Requirements, Physical Activity, Working Conditions, Terms of Employment, Evaluation, date into short

paragraphs, perhaps under About the role or a generic section? But we only have those headings. We could create a

after the sections for extra info. However we must not create new headings. So we can include paragraphs anywhere, but they must be under some heading? The instruction says output only HTML fragment; we can have multiple sections with headings, and also paragraphs not under headings? Probably okay to have

directly after a heading or between sections. We'll embed extra info as

under appropriate sections, maybe under About the role or Responsibilities. But we need to preserve ALL substantive information. So we need to include details like REPORTS TO Senior Manager, Procurement Services; SUPERVISES Procurement staff as directed.; MACHINES, TOOLS, EQUIPMENT list; PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS; PHYSICAL ACTIVITY percentages; WORKING CONDITIONS; TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT; EVALUATION; date. We can put these as

paragraphs after the Responsibilities section or under a generic "Additional Information" but we cannot create heading. So we can just add

elements after the last section. Thus final HTML:
