Primary Duties & Essential Functions
- Maintain, utilize, and recognize responses to divisional needs.
- Maintain the safety, security, and behavioral management of the division.
- Assign and reassign staff according to the individual needs of the units.
- Notify the Vice President of Quality Assurance of allegations of abuse.
- Affirm operational policies are followed and adhered to.
- Assist Activities Coordinator and the Recreation department to ensure daily schedules.
- Conduct briefings without going and incoming Administrator on Duty.
- Complete all end-of-the-month paperwork and route accordingly.
- Ensure quarterly fire drills are conducted within the units.
- Ensure union contractual agreements are understood and maintained.
Required Education, Knowledge And Skills
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
- Minimum of two years’ experience in a supervisory role.
- Ability to manage time and workload effectively.
- Problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication skills, both oral and written.
Abilities And Working Conditions
- Able to lift 25 pounds.
- Able to stand and run for moderate periods of time.
- Valid driver's license with a clean MVR.
- Able to perform physical interventions and maintain TCI certification.
- Willingness to respond to the needs of a culturally diverse population.
Pay
$30 per hour
Schedule
Part-time overnight position, Wednesday-Thursday 11 pm-9 am.
