Administrator Masters Required - Inpatient Acute 270

About the role

The Administrator oversees the clinical, operational, and financial success of Fern Lodge Evaluation & Treatment Center #270 in Stanwood, Washington. This is a fully in-person leadership role responsible for driving outcomes across Telecare’s Four Pillars of Performance: Clinical Quality, Workforce Engagement, Customer Satisfaction, and Financial Security.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations
• Ensure regulatory compliance
• Supervise staff leadership
• Lead quality improvement initiatives
• Partner with State and County stakeholders
• Work closely with corporate departments, community partners, and multidisciplinary teams

Requirements

• Master's degree required, preferably in Business, Social Services, or Public Health
• Minimum four (4) years of administrative management experience in a healthcare setting
• Minimum two (2) years supervising professional staff, budgeting, program planning, and licensing oversight
• Strong understanding of community mental health services, psychiatric rehabilitation, and Recovery Model principles
• Ability to lead clinical and operational teams in a fast-paced behavioral health environment
• Must live within reasonable commuting distance to the facility
• Participation in Administrator on-call rotation for evenings/weekends is required

Pay

Expected starting salary: $125,258 – $154,736 annually. Maximum range up to $184,215 annually. Compensation is based on experience, qualifications, and geographic differentials.

Schedule

Full-Time | Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM. Flexibility required based on operational needs.
