Key Responsibilities
- Lead architecture, configuration, and governance of Windows and macOS endpoint environments.
- Own enterprise endpoint management platforms (Intune, MECM/SCCM, Jamf) and drive modern device management initiatives.
- Oversee the full device lifecycle including planning, procurement, provisioning, refresh, and decommissioning.
- Serve as Tier 3 escalation point and mentor junior team members.
- Manage endpoint security controls including EDR, patch compliance, encryption, and configuration hardening.
- Administer advanced identity and access management tasks across Active Directory, Azure AD (Entra), and Microsoft 365.
- Partner with Cybersecurity and Infrastructure teams to implement secure and scalable endpoint standards.
- Lead endpoint-related projects, upgrades, and process improvements.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related field.
- 4+ years of experience in IT systems administration or enterprise endpoint management.
- Advanced expertise with Windows 10/11, Intune, Autopilot, MECM/SCCM, and/or Jamf.
- Thorough understanding of identity and access management - AD, Azure AD (Entra), Conditional Access.
- Strong experience with Microsoft 365 administration and endpoint security tools.
- Demonstrated ability to lead technical initiatives and resolve complex issues.
- Excellent communication, documentation, and customer service skills.
- Ability to travel domestically/internationally as needed; participation in on-call rotation required.
- Eligible to work in the United States without the need for employer visa sponsorship now or in the future.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Strong background supporting Azure Virtual Desktop, Citrix, or other DaaS platforms.
- Experience with modern device management and zero‑touch deployment strategies.
- PowerShell scripting for automation.
- Relevant certifications (Microsoft, CompTIA, ITIL).
- Experience coaching or mentoring team members.
- Fluency in English; Spanish proficiency a plus.

Base Pay
Base Pay: $88,000.00 - $118,000.00 USD
Annual Bonus: 20% - 30%
