Administrator Home Health,
for sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections that have real specific content. We must not repeat job title as heading. Must not include Job ID etc. Remove boilerplate, navigation, legal, EEO, etc. Must preserve all substantive info.
We need to parse the posting.
Overview: "Overview At Enhabit Home Health & Hospice, we provide compassionate, high-quality care to our patients in the comfort of their own homes. We’re seeking a Registered Nurse RN to join our dedicated team as an Administrator. In this key leadership role, you will oversee daily operations, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive quality care at our home health branches in Columbus, Newnan and Thomaston, GA If you are a strategic thinker with strong management skills and a passion for home health care, we want to hear from you!"
That's overview; could be "About the role" section.
Responsibilities: list items after "Responsibilities". The text: "Serve as the local chief executive agent. Lead the local provider(s) in a better way to care for the community in which it serves, and contribute to the overall success of the company. Ensure the execution of operations are completed daily. Manage operations, services, personnel performance, and office management ongoing."
We can treat each sentence as bullet.
Qualifications: The posting has a "Qualifications" heading with many required and preferred items. Also there is "Education and experience, state specific ..." which is a long list of state-specific requirements. Also "Additional Information" includes benefits etc.
We need to decide sections: About the role (overview), Responsibilities, Qualifications (maybe combine required/preferred), Skills (maybe from qualifications), Benefits (from "The Enhabit Advantage" bullet list), Pay and Schedule: not present (no mention of pay or schedule). So we should not include Pay or Schedule sections.
We must not include sections with filler like "commensurate with experience". Not present.
We need to preserve all substantive info, but we can condense into bullet lists.
We must not invent or summarize away detail. Must preserve all substantive information; but we can rephrase? The instruction: "Preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail." Means we should not omit details. However we can combine similar items but must keep all details. That's tricky: we need to keep each piece of info. The posting includes many state-specific requirements (like Colorado, Connecticut, etc). We must preserve them. Could list them under Qualifications or Requirements.
We also have "Required licensed physician, registered nurse, or possess a bachelor’s degree." etc.
We need to include all those bullet points.
We also have "Preferred licensed physician, registered nurse, licensed social worker, licensed therapist, or licensed nursing home administrator." etc.
We also have "If clinical: Required to have and maintain a valid clinical license, per state requirements, or in accordance with the board of nursing rules for a compact nurse license. Required to have and maintain CPR certification, as required by position."
We also have "Preferred to have minimum of one year of previous experience in a management position." etc.
We also have "Preferred previous experience in a home health care or hospice program." etc.
We also have "Preferred previous experience using Homecare Homebase (HCHB)." etc.
We also have "Preferred bilingual (English/Spanish) with the ability to facilitate clear communication with patients and caregivers, improve service delivery, and support positive patient outcomes." etc.
We also have "Oral communication, written communication, fluency in English, active listening." etc.
We also have "Demonstrated intermediate technology skills. Especially MS office, including word, powerpoint, and excel."
We also have "Other than for designated full-time remote positions, in-office attendance is essential in order to achieve Enhabit objectives, including but not limited to, effective supervision, teamwork, task completion, and other position objectives. Enhabit does not waive this essential function by permitting duties to be performed remotely on occasion to accommodate temporary personal needs, such as appointments, or to operate in crises beyond its control, such as during a natural disaster or pandemic."
We also have state-specific requirements for many states (Alaska, Alabama, etc). Many say "No Additional State Specified Education, Experience Requirements". Some have specifics: Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, Florida, Georgia, Idaho? Actually list includes many.
We need to preserve all those. Could put them under a "State-specific Requirements" subsection under Qualifications or Requirements.
We also have "Additional Information" about career, benefits, etc. Benefits list: "Generous paid time off for full-time employees, 401(k) matching, Medical, dental and vision coverage, Supplemental insurance options, Flexible spending accounts, Incentive bonus opportunities, Continuing education and scholarship opportunities". Also earlier "The Enhabit Advantage Enhabit offers competitive benefits designed to support well-being and help employees thrive in every stage of their careers. Eligible employees receive:" then list.
We must not include EEO boilerplate at end.
We must not include navigation/cookie etc.
Thus final HTML: sections: About the role (h3), Responsibilities (h3), Qualifications (h3) maybe split into Required and Preferred? But we can keep as one with subheadings? The instruction only says use for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). It doesn't forbid using other headings like ? It says use for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). Likely they expect only those headings. We can still use for each of those sections we include. Within sections we can use - for lists and
for prose.
We need to include all substantive info. Let's craft:
