About the Opportunity
The Administrator - Customer Care plays a crucial role in supporting daily administrative operations for assigned locations. This position ensures efficient service delivery and supports sales and customer service teams, contributing to operational productivity and quality. The role is important for maintaining organizational processes and facilitating smooth communication and compliance within the team.
Responsibilities
- Perform daily administrative tasks following established process maps.
- Support Sales and Sales Management by updating reports, reconciling transactions, and assisting customer service.
- Respond to requests within the Sales Portal within specified timeframes.
- Complete branch audits and compliance activities according to guidelines.
- Organize tasks across assigned branches efficiently.
- Document and submit KPI data for process improvement.
- Aid in employee development and training.
- Research tax and freight claims and process credit memos as appropriate.
- Collaborate with Financial Services to resolve claims.
- Manage customer entries and security reports in internal systems, notifying managers of discrepancies.
- Handle basic accounting tasks including accounts receivable/payable and invoice preparation.
- Prepare various branch reports such as tax and security reports.
Requirements
- A High School Degree or equivalent required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Experience in administrative roles.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and computer skills.
- Capability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Attention to detail.
Pay Range and Compensation Package
Compensation will vary based on location, education, experience, skills, shift, and applicable agreements. Eligible positions may include bonus or sales incentive plans. Certain sales roles may have commission structures based on sales results.
