Administrator Corporate and PE Property Management
About the role
The Administrator, Corporate & Physician Enterprise Property Management is responsible for providing management and coordination of property management services to support the needs of all CH ministries, including the Trinity Medical Practices within the Catholic Health Physician Enterprise. This position ensures exceptional service delivery for property management initiatives and requires daily interaction with real estate and project stakeholders, as well as all levels of CH management.
Specific responsibilities include assisting with the implementation of system-wide property management policies and procedures, interpreting and communicating NYS real property law, Catholic religious and ethical directives, DOH regulations, and not-for-profit law issues. The role involves coordination of property management services for various practice offices across Western New York, standardization of services, and tracking property management requests to ensure timely and accurate delivery.
The Manager serves as a key liaison and facilitator for third-party property management service requests supporting all Physician Enterprise and Trinity Medical practice locations.
Responsibilities
- Interpret, evaluate, and prepare real property leases
- Manage building management practices and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
- Apply critical thinking, multitasking, and strong organizational skills
- Communicate complex details clearly and concisely to all levels of senior management
- Prepare and maintain accurate accounting and statistical reports
- Maintain proactive working relationships with all ministries and management levels
- Demonstrate leadership, self-motivation, and good judgment in risk assessment
- Use Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access) proficiently
- Work independently with minimal support
- Maintain computerized accounting systems and general office practices
- Respond proactively to tenant requests and complaints
- Research and analyze healthcare functions and related support systems
- Interpret, explain, and apply property management policies and procedures
- Perform mathematical computations accurately (ratios, percentages, prorations)
- Organize tasks, meet deadlines, and prioritize multiple projects
- Provide superior customer service
- Maintain a valid NYS driver’s license; travel between CHS organizations is required
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (property management, business, or legal studies/paralegal preferred); Associate’s degree with a minimum of 6 years of experience in the field is acceptable
- Minimum of four (4) years of experience managing complex corporate property portfolios involving property management, healthcare law (preferred), not-for-profit law, and real property acquisitions
- Experience with budget management, planning, decision-making, and leadership of project initiatives
- Demonstrated experience with contract analysis

Schedule
Full-time, days, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM.
Working Conditions
- Travel between all Catholic Health Physician Enterprise (CH and Captive PC) locations
- Travel to potential new leased sites, municipalities, outside attorney offices, and landlord offices
- Normal office environment with typical heat, light, and safe working conditions
