About the role
The Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) will provide strategic leadership and daily operational oversight of the skilled nursing community at Hillcrest Cottages.
Responsibilities
- Provide strategic leadership and daily operational oversight of the skilled nursing community
- Ensure regulatory compliance with state and federal guidelines
- Support clinical leadership in delivering high-quality resident care and outcomes
- Build, coach, and develop department leaders and team members
- Manage census, financial performance, and operational metrics
- Foster a culture aligned with Hillcrest’s values: Integrity, Compassion, Respect, Teamwork, and Service
- Partner with corporate support teams to drive quality improvement and operational excellence
Requirements
- Active Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) license in Nebraska
- Previous leadership experience in skilled nursing or long-term care
- Strong understanding of state and federal regulatory requirements
- Proven ability to lead teams, drive performance, and build positive workplace culture
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
Qualifications
- Experience in healthcare administration or related field
- Knowledge of Medicare and Medicaid regulations
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
