The Role
The Administrator at Everstory Partners plays a crucial role in the location team, supporting customers and team members through various administrative tasks.
Responsibilities
- Create a customer-focused environment through phone interactions, appointment scheduling, and team member onboarding.
- Process contracts, verify their validity, and handle banking duties such as cash receipt entry, deposit slips, credit card transactions, and bank deposits.
- Manage cemetery daily processing of IOA’s, maintain customer files, scan documents, and update records.
- Support Human Resources by coordinating onboarding responsibilities, managing Accounts Payable, and Accounts Receivable.
- Handle Deeds and Certificates, log and process according to guidelines, and manage Work and Memorial Orders.
- Participate in white board meetings, report on Trust, state required, and month-end processes.
Requirements
- Multiline phone skills required.
- Filing skills (alphabetically).
- Basic typing speed and data entry skills.
- Basic math and computer skills, including Word and Excel applications or Google equivalents.
- Customer focus and confidentiality.
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team, multitask efficiently, and meet deadlines.
- Valid state driver's license and access to a personal vehicle for some locations.
- High school equivalency required.
- One-year experience in administration or customer service.
- Availability to work some holidays, evenings, and weekends as needed.
