About the role
NHC Cavette Hill Assisted Living and Memory Care is seeking a licensed Nursing Home Administrator to lead their healthcare center.
Responsibilities
- Complete administrative and managerial responsibility for the healthcare center.
- Act as the primary motivator and support person for Department Directors, partners, patients, families, physicians, and the local community.
- Foster a workplace environment focused on recognition, empowerment, and fun.
Qualifications
- Must have active Tennessee - ACLF (Assisted Living Care Living Facility) or NHA License (Required).
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related field (Business or Health Care Administration preferred).
- Proven ability to lead and motivate a team to provide exceptional care.
- A genuine dedication to senior care and the geriatric population.
