About the role
NHC Place St. Peters Memory Care is seeking a licensed, visionary Nursing Home Administrator to lead their healthcare center.
Responsibilities
- Complete administrative and managerial responsibility for the healthcare center.
- Act as the primary motivator and support person for Department Directors, partners, patients, families, physicians, and the local community.
- Foster a workplace environment focused on recognition, empowerment, and fun.
Qualifications
- Must have active Missouri - NHA (Nursing Home Administrator) or RCAL (Residential Care Assisted Living) License.
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related field (Business or Health Care Administration preferred).
- Proven ability to lead and motivate a team to provide exceptional care.
- A genuine dedication to senior care and the geriatric population.
