Responsibilities

• Complete administrative and managerial responsibility for the healthcare center.
• Act as the primary motivator and support person for Department Directors, partners, patients, families, physicians, and the local community.

Qualifications

• Must have an active Tennessee ACLF (Assisted Living Care Living Facility) or NHA License.
• A Bachelor’s Degree in a related field (Business or Health Care Administration preferred).
• Proven ability to lead and motivate a team to provide exceptional care.
