About the role
Join a dynamic team at our leading addiction treatment facility. We are seeking an experienced Administrator to lead our operations.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations and ensure compliance with all policies and procedures.
- Manage staff schedules and ensure adequate coverage during shifts.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients, families, and community partners.
- Coordinate with external agencies and organizations to enhance client support services.
- Ensure the facility adheres to all legal and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g., Psychology, Business Administration).
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a healthcare or administrative role.
- Proven leadership skills and ability to manage a team.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Experience with facility management software.
Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Pay

Schedule
Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, with some evening and weekend responsibilities.
