Minimum Requirements

  • Possess a high school diploma or GED certificate.
  • Proven administrative experience.
  • Superb written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong time management skills and multitasking ability.
  • Experience with Microsoft Suite (Excel, Outlook, TEAMS, PowerPoint, etc.).
  • Ability to type and submit reports as directed.
  • Good attention to detail.

Primary Job Functions

  • Under supervision, carry out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning, etc.
  • May cover the reception desk when required.

Schedule

  • The department shall determine the shifts to be worked.
  • Shifts are based solely on the staffing needs at the shelter and not the supplier staff preferences.
