Minimum Requirements
- Possess a high school diploma or GED certificate.
- Proven administrative experience.
- Superb written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong time management skills and multitasking ability.
- Experience with Microsoft Suite (Excel, Outlook, TEAMS, PowerPoint, etc.).
- Ability to type and submit reports as directed.
- Good attention to detail.
Primary Job Functions
- Under supervision, carry out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning, etc.
- May cover the reception desk when required.

Schedule
- The department shall determine the shifts to be worked.
