About the role

Responsibilities
- Assigns, directs, and monitors nursing and support staff
- Manages patient flow and responds to emergencies
- Leads incident command during disasters
- Evaluates patient care effectiveness
- Handles patient and family complaints
- Participates in staff hiring, training, and evaluation
- Collaborates with leadership to meet clinical objectives
Requirements
- Registered Nurse (RN) with a minimum of two years' experience demonstrating leadership
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program
- Valid RN license for the state of employment
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
