About the role
Provides clinical leadership and operational oversight as a House Supervisor during overnight shifts in a pediatric hospital setting.
Responsibilities
- Assigns and monitors nursing and support staff
- Serves as a clinical resource for staff
- Manages patient flow and supports emergency responses
- Leads incident command during disasters or emergencies
- Evaluates effectiveness of patient care
- Addresses patient and family complaints
- Participates in staff hiring, training, and development
- Ensures safety and compliance with hospital policies
- Performs additional duties as assigned
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program
- Registered Nurse (RN) with at least two years of experience demonstrating leadership
- Valid RN license in the respective state
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Physical ability to perform movements such as bending, lifting, and standing for extended periods

Schedule
Night shift role with varied scheduled days, including holiday coverage. No on-call duties required.
