About the role
Seeking an experienced House Supervisor to provide overnight clinical leadership and operational oversight.
Responsibilities
- Assigning, directing, educating, and monitoring nursing/support staff during shifts.
- Serving as a resource and managing patient flow within the area.
- Supporting patient emergencies and leading incident command during disasters.
- Evaluating patient care effectiveness and addressing related issues.
- Responding to care complaints and contributing to staff hiring, training, and evaluations.
- Ensuring safety and performing additional duties as needed.
Qualifications and skills
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program or equivalent.
- At least two years of RN experience with demonstrated leadership.
- Current RN license and BLS certification for respective states.
- Physical ability for frequent lifting, movement, and sustained alertness.
Schedule
- Night shift hours with varying scheduled days.
- Includes holiday work requirements.
